I went to get a Global Entry card and had a few questions for the TSA agent that was handling my application.  Any question that I asked, she simply asked my to either go watch the video in the waiting room or go to the website.   Makes me wonder…do they know what they are doing.

I’ve seen some of these agents texting while working.   I wonder if these jobs require any completion of education.
